Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ASN & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage customer-specific shipping processes, including Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN), transportation coordination, and shipment documentation to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant deliveries.

The ASN & Logistics Coordinator serves as a key link between Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Production, Transportation Providers, and Customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment activities for assigned OEM and strategic customer accounts.
• Create, validate, and transmit Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN) through customer portals.
• Review customer routing guides and ensure compliance with shipping, labeling, packaging, and ASN requirements.
• Generate bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, freight documentation, and export documentation where applicable.
• Coordinate transportation activities with carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and proactively communicate delivery risks, shortages, delays, or customer concerns.
• Process outbound shipments and customer invoices within SAP while maintaining transactional accuracy.
• Audit shipping transactions and investigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, ASN submissions, freight charges, or customer claims.
• Maintain electronic records of ASNs, deliveries, shipping documents, invoices, and transportation records.
• Assist in resolving customer chargebacks, shipping disputes, shortages, and ASN-related compliance issues.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, safety procedures, customer-specific requirements, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and customer order fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of ASN creation, EDI transactions, customer web portals, and shipping compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments, external customers, carriers, and logistics partners.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience working with OEM customers and customer portals preferred.
• Experience with EDI transactions, ASN processing, and transportation management preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Previous experience with SAP (ERP system) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
