Role Overview
The Wholesale Coordinator role is pivotal in supporting the Global Sales team at
STAUD. This position focuses on maintaining showroom organization, executing
administrative tasks, and providing essential support for our major US accounts,
including Saks, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Rent The Runway. The
ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude,
thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties
- Assist the sales team during market appointments with retail buyers and manage showroom operations.
- Oversee quarterly showroom setup, breakdown, and maintenance in NY markets, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics, along with sample trafficking.
- Process, maintain, and organize purchase orders via Joor, NuOrder, and NetSuite, ensuring new season setups adhere to key deadlines.
- Run weekly ATS reports and audit major online retailer sites for product accuracy and marketing features.
- Ensure EDI accuracy and assist in troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales team on appointment outreach and new store targeting strategies.
- Present product knowledge at department stores on a quarterly basis to inform associates about the brand and current season offerings.
- Address daily inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Visit local department stores weekly to connect with associates and support floor maintenance.
- Support sales reporting and product knowledge through the preparation of presentations and decks.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous experience in wholesale coordination or a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Joor, NuOrder, and NetSuite, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
