What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions with minimal guidance while mentoring others and improving development processes.
Responsibilities
- Own & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
- Enhance Processes: Improve development workflows and champion best practices.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to Engineering Culture: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and diversity initiatives to strengthen the team.

Qualifications
- 4 years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
- You are comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
- You value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
- You have experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.
- You have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time from our Bellevue, WA office.
