We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead projects from kickoff through completion.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial structural steel and solar carport projects. This individual will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple structural steel and solar carport projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and sometimes permitting with local jurisdictions.
- Conduct project meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor job costs, schedules, and overall project performance.
- Support field superintendents and crews to ensure successful execution.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience managing structural steel and/or solar projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil construction drawings.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiar with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and file management.
- Experience preparing project reports, schedules, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with an engineering background are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in structural steel fabrication and erection is a plus.
- Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and commercial construction practices.
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar) is a plus.

Prescott, Arizona
This position is based in Prescott, Arizona, with travel to project sites as required.
