We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning efforts by developing detailed construction schedules ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, controlling expenditures, and implementing cost management strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Supervise project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, fostering effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Monitor progress through regular site inspections, schedule coordination, and progress reports; adjust plans as needed to address delays or issues.
- Review contracts, change orders, and technical documents such as Civil 3D drawings to ensure scope clarity and contractual compliance.
- Facilitate communication among clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other construction management tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes, contract administration, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with construction site management including safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with managing complex projects involving civil engineering components using Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity on project scope and expectations.
