Finance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our US business unit. This role demands a strong background in financial management and accounting, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance compliance.

Key Responsibilites

• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including reporting to China
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
• Maintain internal control systems and financial procedures
• Monitor daily cash flow and oversee treasury functions
• Ensure accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts
• Mentor finance team members to foster professional development and enhance departmental performance.
• Communicate financial insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Strong understanding of US financial regulations and tax codes
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Excel, Avalara
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
