Job Skills / Requirements
As a Stathakis Crew Lead/ Industrial Cleaner, you are responsible for communication with our customer and addressing their concerns, overseeing a crew of 2 employees (1 days/1evenings) and ensuring they are performing their tasks. Inspecting the work of the team to ensure it is in accordance with customers specs, training new employees, and performing general cleaning of assigned areas within your specific building.
This position is Full-Time, M-F from 10AM-6:30PM. The pay is $18.00 an hour.

Have previous experience leading a small team.

Have reliable transportation.
Be willing to perform the physical aspects of the position.
Pass a background check and drug screening, paid for by our company.
