Position: Roofing Installation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Coordinator with reviewing material purchase orders and installation bills for payroll purposes.
- Perform roof measurements to prepare purchase orders for material orders, take pictures of the existing roof, document pre existing issues, collect a change order for additional work not on the contract due to field measure findings, and ensure projects meet company viability criteria.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation by troubleshooting and working closely with installers.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure projects meet both company and industry standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with installers and vendors.
- Collaborate with the company to develop and implement optimal systems and practices, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers.
