We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-focused High Profile Concierge Guard to join our team in Naples. This role demands a vigilant presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage high-profile security situations with professionalism. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring safety while delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor access points using CCTV surveillance systems to ensure authorized entry
- Conduct thorough security checks, including conflict management when necessary
- Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when required
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor records
- Enforce security protocols, loss prevention measures, and conduct surveillance as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in law enforcement, military, or security roles preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
- Certifications such as first aid, CPR, or conflict management are highly desirable
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, CCTV systems, and loss prevention practices
- Proven conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation techniques
