Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all onboarding activities, including pre-hire documentation, new hire setup, and first-day support
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely, helpful employee support
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
- Conduct regular file audits and track HR compliance metrics
- Manage HR inbox and support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Process employee access items including badges and key fobs
- Enter and maintain data across HR platforms with a high degree of accuracy
- Support employee relations documentation such as performance reviews and corrective actions
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Process ROS forms for Sales employees
- Assist with other HR tasks and projects as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Demonstrated discretion when working with confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work
