General Manager- The Last Post, St Andrews, Guernsey

The Last Post is a busy local pub and restaurant at the heart of the community, known for its welcoming atmosphere, good food, and strong local trade.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the business. The role includes overseeing service standards, managing and developing the team, stock control, rotas, cash handling, customer experience, and ensuring the business operates efficiently and professionally at all times.

The successful candidate will have previous hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced pub environment. Personal licence holders are preferred but not essential.

Full-time position. Competitive salary based on experience.
