At States Industries, we’re hiring for multiple production roles to join our weekend crew supporting a high-performing manufacturing operation. This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.

Schedule

• Friday – Sunday
• 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time hours in just 3 days
• Overtime opportunities available

These positions offer opportunities to work in a variety of areas within our hardwood plywood manufacturing process, including:

• SCP Operators
• Banding Specialist
• Sander Operators
• Forklift Drivers

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have good manual dexterity
• Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Can lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Are able to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations at all times
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required
• Learn and perform a variety of positions across the production process
• Read and interpret putty color charts, material grades, production lists, and load tickets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area (housekeeping)
• Support and participate in 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively to achieve Safety, Production, and Quality goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Utilize basic computer skills as needed for job functions

Salary : $22 - $27
