The Staten Island FerryHawks, members of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and a Partner League of Major League Baseball, are seeking qualified candidates to join the Sales Department as a Hospitality / Premium Services Intern. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship, and proof of academic credit eligibility is required.

This is an unpaid, for-credit internship, and proof of academic credit eligibility is required.
This position supports the sales team by servicing premium and hospitality accounts, assisting with both game-day execution and pre-game preparation to ensure an exceptional experience for our suite holders, premium clients, and partners at SIUH Community Park.
Responsibilities
- Assist in servicing premium seating, suite, and hospitality accounts.
- Support pre-event preparation for premium clients, including taking food and beverage orders, confirming event details, and communicating special requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for premium guests on game days to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with suite readiness, client check-ins, and in-game hospitality needs.
- Assist with additional sales and hospitality initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, outgoing demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with clients and guests.
- Interest in sports business, hospitality, or premium services preferred.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and FerryHawks home games.
Internship Details
- Timeline: June - August
- Schedule: Based on FerryHawks home game schedule, with additional pre-game preparation hours as needed
- Location: In-person at SIUH Community Park, Staten Island, NY
- Compensation: Unpaid; academic credit required
