Service BDC Supervisor
We are looking for a strong Service BDC Supervisor to help lead our service appointment process, customer follow-up, and daily communication flow.
This role is built for someone who can lead people, protect the process, and keep the department moving. The right person will understand that the BDC is not just answering phones. It is the front line of retention, customer experience, declined service recovery, and shop growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily Service BDC activity
Coach and develop BDC representatives
Monitor call quality, appointment setting, and follow-up performance
Drive inbound and outbound service appointment volume
Support declined service follow-up and retention campaigns
Track daily KPIs and hold the team accountable
Partner with service advisors, managers, and leadership
Improve customer communication before, during, and after the visit
What We’re Looking For
Automotive BDC or service experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach without micromanaging
Organized, process-driven, and consistent
Comfortable tracking numbers and daily performance
Positive attitude with a high sense of urgency
Customer-first mindset
