The Digital Marketing/Website Lead position will work with company leadership to ensure our new website is fully functional, error-free, and prepared for launch. Responsibilities include reviewing multiple product listings for correct photos, descriptions, and classification. Upon website launch the position will maintain listings, add new products, remove defunct items, and manage customer email outreach, along with all related digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit website product listings for errors or irregularities
- Maintain detailed logs for all errors, corrections, and vendor communications
- Provide weekly progress/status reports to leadership
- Create, maintain, and report on email direct marketing campaigns
- Photograph products for website images when necessary
- Manage company social media pages
- Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
- Work closely with website vendor to ensure updates and projects are completed in timely manner
Skills:
- Microsoft Suite Proficient
- Strong writing and communication
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of current digital trends
- Creativity, problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
