Field Sales Lead
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (Plus Commission) Top Earners make $90,000 - $120,000
Location: Hybrid

We’re looking for a highly organized Field Sales Lead to help grow sales and ensure rapid and quality client communication with new client growth.
This role plays a key part in working with clients, negotiating very large numbers, creating and presenting proposals, prospecting to find new clients, and lots of positivity in client interaction.
If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive making and having long-term relationships, this may be the role for you. There is a lot of room for growth in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect to closing new deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and that emails/calls/texts from and to clients are taken care of.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in developing sales presentations and strategic account plans.
- Understands digital marketing, the tech landscape, and how people buy things in today’s world.
- MUST understand automotive marketing and sales.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales role
- Minimum 10 years of experience prospecting, closing deals, and signing on new clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST have Automotive Marketing Knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Not afraid of large numbers, and presenting correct values to clients
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
