What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accessibility, Instruction, and Media (AIM) Specialist position at State University of New York at Plattsburgh?
The Accessibility, Instruction, and Media (AIM) Specialist of our newly formed Center for Instruction and Program Innovation (IPI) will support its mission by ensuring that digital instructional materials meet ADA Title II accessibility requirements, by providing instructional design consultation and support, and by developing high-quality digital media for online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced courses. This position will strengthen campus-wide compliance efforts, improve the quality of online learning, and expand faculty capacity for accessible, innovative teaching.
