We are seeking two Academic Success Coaches to work directly with our social work students through providing proactive outreach, individualized academic coaching, retention‑focused interventions, and coordination with faculty and campus partners. These positions will promote student persistence, academic achievement, professional readiness, and timely progression toward degree completion. They also support online student onboarding, foster community building, and facilitate program-specific engagement. The Social Work Department is part of the School of Education, Health, and Human Services, which prepares students for successful entry into their profession. We focus on an ethical approach to human well-being and encourage critical thinking and practical application.
