Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support customers experiencing issues with their appliances. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service process, communicating with manufacturer service teams, and advocating on the customer’s behalf. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple service cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers reporting issues with their appliances
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to gather details and provide support
- Coordinate service requests with appliance manufacturers and authorized service providers
- Submit and manage service calls, ensuring all required documentation and information is accurate
- Explain manufacturer processes, timelines, and warranty coverage to customers
- Advocate for customers with manufacturers to ensure timely scheduling and issue resolution
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to appropriate internal teams or manufacturer contacts
- Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm resolution and satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or administrative role preferred
- Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating service calls is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
- Experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy when entering and managing service information
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service partners
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
