THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is all about making Microsoft 365 work better for the people who rely on it every day. As part of the M365 Support team, you will support and administer SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive across a large enterprise environment. You will help users solve problems, design better collaboration spaces, and adopt consistent standards that improve how information is organized, shared, and secured. This is an entry level enterprise application support role where you will build hands on experience with system administration, governance, user support, and solution design while working alongside experienced administrators.

Work Setting, Including Hazards
- This position can be performed entirely from home and does not require regular in-person attendance. If onsite work is needed, the supervisor will plan and communicate the request in advance.
- Exposure is similar to hazards found in a typical office or home-office environment, with extended computer-based work.
- This position follows a standard 40-hour schedule. Although DOH business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00
