State of Washington
Centralia, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 4/11/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/21/2026
Clinical Services Manager – Maple Lane Campus, WA

Lead where clinical care meets the legal system.

This role sits at the center of Washington's civil commitment process – where clinical expertise directly impacts patient rights, safety, and outcomes. You will guide teams, shape expanding programs, and represent care decisions in court.

If you're a licensed psychologist ready to lead at system level, this is a rare opportunity to influence both clinical practice and public health infrastructure.

In this role, you will lead and strengthen civil commitment clinical operations in a growing behavioral health system — ensuring legal compliance, improving care quality, and building high-performing teams that support patient outcomes.

You will lead and support multidisciplinary treatment teams within a growing behavioral health campus. The environment is mission-driven, fast-evolving, and highly collaborative, with strong alignment between clinical leadership and legal processes.

This is a fully onsite role based at Maple Lane Campus due to the nature of clinical oversight and court involvement. The position offers the stability and benefits of Washington State service, along with meaningful, mission-driven work.

If you're ready to lead clinical teams and influence civil commitment care at scale, we encourage you to apply today.
