Job Responsibilities
The person in this position will coordinate and implement all personalized professional development (PD) programs for cohorts consisting of schools, districts, agencies and other groups. Coordinate before, during and after service delivery processes by providing customer service. Assist the enrollment and registration process for professional development opportunities to customers who need renewal and/or graduate credit courses. Manage fiscal responsibilities for VirtualSC PD and recommend allocation of resources. Provide cohorts with invoices, rosters, and receipts. Oversee and assist daily program wide transactions of customers. Record staff payments of services: project plans, course completers, teaching assignments, and miscellaneous curriculum. Calculate payments, create, distribute and collect timesheets. Conduct special projects as needed and provide reports encompassing cohorts and all aspects of the VirtualSC PD program to agency personnel. Analyze reports to ensure program objectives are being met and provide recommendations for program growth and necessary changes as a result of working with potential and current customers. Provide administrative support for Human Resources (HR) functions including interview coordination, documentation management, correspondence, and preparation of Personnel Action Forms. Perform duties as required by Director and/or Team Leader.
This position is located in the Office of VirtualSC.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and experience in education, management or business.
Additional Comments
Limited overnight travel.
