The Social and Digital Media Specialist should develop and curate engaging content for the agency's social media channels and websites. They should effectively coordinate with the team to produce compelling social media and website content. This individual will create and manage social media and digital campaigns across multiple channels and ensure that campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet or exceed their goals and conversion targets. Incumbent should be able to monitor social media analytics and metrics to track performance, identify areas that require improvement, and continuously improve the company's social media presence. They should use analytics tools to produce regular reports, summarizing data and insights to inform marketing decisions.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
Education and Experience
A minimum of two years working in social media and graphic design, whether professionally or in an academic setting. Must have a bachelor's degree in social or digital media, graphic design, public relations, or a similar specialty field.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, is needed. Familiarity with Canva and Visme. Must have a valid Driver's license to drive a state vehicle. Overnight travel might occur.
