As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in shaping our online presence and growing our brand. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Manage and maintain our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos. - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. - Monitor social media performance, track audience growth, and optimize strategies based on analytics. - Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to keep our community thriving. - Design basic graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with our business goals. - Stay on top of digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.

To thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. - A strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. - Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - A knack for creating engaging, eye-catching content. - The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. - Bonus points for basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing!
