What You'll Do
You will oversee & manage complex survey projects.
You will prepare legal descriptions & boundary/centerline plats for easements, sale, lease or transfer of land.
You will act as lead worker over survey field crew(s)
You will review, sign & certify right-of-way plans, survey plats, & other documents as Professional Land Surveyor.

Additional Information
This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
All bargaining unit new hires must serve a one (1) year probationary period.
Position will be filled pursuant to the provision of the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.
The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicant's prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.

Qualifications:
Licensure: Current registration as professional surveyor pursuant to section 4733.02 of Ohio Revised Code valid driver's license. & Experience: 12 mos. exp. as Surveyor 2, 85562 OR 12 mos. exp. in responsible charge of survey projects.
