Communications and Outreach
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive outreach and communication strategies that promote programs within the Office of College and Career Readiness (OCCR), including Career and Technical Education, Literacy, Curriculum, School Counseling, School-Based Mental Health, and Adult Education and Literacy
- Collaborate with OCCR leadership and staff to design coordinated communication strategies that advance statewide priorities and initiatives and promote program awareness
- Develop messaging, materials, and digital content that effectively communicate program goals, outcomes, opportunities, and resources to diverse audiences
- Analyze program data, statistical reports, and performance outcomes to identify key insights and translate complex information into clear, accessible communications that highlight program impact
- Maintain and update OCCR web pages and digital communication materials to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and relevance
- Serve as a liaison between OCCR and state agencies, private organizations, educational partners, and community stakeholders
- Support the development and strengthening of partnerships that advance OCCR programs, initiatives, and collaborative efforts
- Coordinate outreach activities that support stakeholder engagement and partnership development
- Monitor the effectiveness of outreach and communication strategies using data analytics and stakeholder feedback
- Evaluate the impact of communication efforts and recommend improvements to enhance program visibility, engagement, and effectiveness
- Identify emerging communication needs and opportunities to improve program outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Communications and department staff to ensure alignment between OCCR communications and broader agency communication strategies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by OCCR leadership
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.
- Three or more years of postsecondary education, occupational experience, or combination thereof, within the field of Business/Public Administration or a closely related field.
