Semi-Annual Salary: $1,528.32 * Annual Salary: $36,679.34
(Saturday/Sunday Off) Work Area: Material Management
St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center-North provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. Receiving is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Support Assistant to support the Material Management department.
Responsibilities:
- Work with IT to address all landline and cellphone issues for the Eastern Region
- Tracking new uniform issuance, return and exchanges
- Keeping inventory supplies/movers data entry, and motor pool/Fleet wave system data entries
- Assigned other duties as needed
- Enter SDS/MSDS into system
Eligibility:
- Planning and utilizing efficient time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Good problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with respect to confidentiality
