In this position, you will support the Assistant Directors of the Joplin and Springfield Regional Offices in the following ways:

In this position, you will support the Assistant Directors of the Joplin and Springfield Regional Offices in the following ways:
- Answer incoming calls for regional offices and route calls correctly.
- Prepare and distribute information requests to aid in determining a Consumer's eligibility for services and manage request through the process.
- Receive, review, file, and/or process Abuse/Neglect Inquiries/Investigations. .
- Greet and assist visitors to the regional offices.
- Maintain vehicle/meeting room calendars and maintain schedules for both.
- Receive and distribute mail and faxes.
- Create documentations, flyers, and presentations.
- Coordinate employee-related events.
- Attend required meetings.
- Demonstrate flexibility in completing other tasks from Assistant Directors.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of general office practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma yellow belt or higher certification
- U/R Training
