- Customer Service & Communication (Answer Phones; Prepare correspondence)
- Administrative Support (File records; Process applicant materials; Archive documents)
- Board Meeting Support (Prepare meeting materials; Schedule rooms; Post notices)
- Certificate of Need (CON) Program Support (Serve as point of contact in the processing of CON Quarterly Survey cycles; Assist facilities with various components of CON processing
- Perform other support duties as assigned.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and administrative processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience maintaining confidential records.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
