This position exists to provide building maintenance services in the assigned facility to include regularly scheduled custodial services, unscheduled custodial requirements, custodial and maintenance of related supplies. Duties will involve use of state approved cleaning agents and related hand and mechanical equipment requiring medium physical labor. This position will also perform limited grounds maintenance duties to include lawn mowing, debris cleanup, snow removal and salting of walkways using light to medium duty equipment. Other duties will also be performed that support a clean, healthy and sustainable work environment. Also required for this position is to perform duties safely and to be observant for facility conditions that indicate safety hazards or facility component failures.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a valid MN driver’s license without restriction on hours of operation.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance software systems.
- Experience performing general maintenance and repair duties
- Ability to pass required background investigation to be granted access to MN ARNG network and issuance of DOD
- Must possess the abilities to follow directions, get along with co-workers and supervisors, to treat coworkers, supervisors and customers with respect and courtesy.
- Must possess a valid Minnesota driver license
- Knowledge of facility cleaning techniques and proper cleaning product and equipment use
- Experience with a facility maintenance management system software system
