POSITION DUTIES
- Independently responsible for screening applications to determine completeness of documents.
- Reviews all correspondence and documentation received and assigns to appropriate specialist.
- Enters information into The Educator Application and Credentialing Hub (TEACH).
- Provides internal and external constituents with complex licensure information.
- Provides technical assistance to applicants submitting requests through the portal.
- Provides support for scanning licensure documents.
- Independently completes Hall of Records requests.
- Providing back-up administrative support for the Division of Educator Effectiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of experience working in Education (private, higher education, or local education agency)
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Call Center Customer Service.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Smartsheet
- Experience with document management (filing, scanning, cataloging)
- Data management experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must consent to a State Police Investigation (fingerprinting) as a routine procedure for all employees with this Agency.
