In this position, you’ll oversee critical administrative functions, from purchasing and contracts to property control, telecommunications, and risk management—while directly supervising a team of Administrative Coordinators. Minimum Qualifications
Five years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of experience in administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus one year of experience in administrative services.
Experience Substitution:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

- Review and analyze budget requests for positions, equipment, supplies, and other expenditures, gathering necessary justifications and cost details to provide recommendations to the Regional Medical Director.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive annual budget requests, including required forms and detailed justifications, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor budget activity throughout the fiscal year by tracking current and projected expenditures and advising leadership on potential issues or funding concerns.
- Review, approve, or deny requisitions for supplies and equipment based on funding availability and justification, and serve as a backup approver for regional purchases and expenditures.
- Act as liaison with the State Purchasing Office, coordinating procurement processes and ensuring compliance with purchasing regulations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, including preparing required documentation, securing approvals, authorizing payments, and monitoring contract performance and funding.
- Supervise Administrative Coordinators and provide functional oversight of clerical staff, including assigning work, setting staffing priorities, evaluating performance, and managing leave and disciplinary actions.
