Job Duties:
· Serves as the agency’s front-line support to the public by providing professional customer service and responding to inquiries regarding agency programs, policies, and services.
· Processes statewide correspondence in a timely and accurate manner to ensure efficient communication and case management.
· Updates case statuses and documents case notes accurately within electronic record systems in accordance with agency procedures.
· Assists members with completing self-service portal change reports and provides guidance on navigating online systems and processes.
· Responds to general inquiries in person, by telephone, and through email regarding program requirements, case status, and application or renewal procedures.
· Supports Medicaid outreach efforts by attending special events, distributing informational materials and promotional items, and providing basic program information to the public.
· Performs a variety of administrative support duties, including maintaining records, organizing documents, and assisting with daily office operations.
