- Responds to inquiries regarding teacher candidacy, certification, program requirements, and student status; verifies eligibility and directs complex inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains candidate records and files, including transcripts, grades, testing results, recommendations, background checks, and certification documentation.
- Collects, reviews, and reports candidate and program data; prepares reports, correspondence, forms, and other documents in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Provides administrative support to faculty and program coordinators, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting support, student assistance, and event coordination.
- Serves as a liaison among university offices, students, faculty, recruiting programs, and partner school districts; communicates program information and maintains external partnerships and agreements.
- Maintains program materials, office records, equipment, supplies, and resources and performs other administrative duties as needed.
- Appointment type: Full-time, Probational
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
