What Success in our Office Coordinator Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Ensures the accurate and efficient completion of accounting and administrative support duties.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Work Order Billings: Reads all work order notes and summaries critically and carefully to ensure we have accounted for all costs. Creates invoices in accordance with current client billing requirements and submits through workflow for approval. Prints, proofs, posts, and prepares for distribution. Resolves any rejections and completes in workflow.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitors the region’s accounts receivable and processes credit card payments as needed. Follows up with clients with open invoices past payment terms. Maintains thorough notes regarding collection calls in system and researches payment history to resolve discrepancies and client disputes or concerns. Reviews clients that are on an AR hold and determines if hold should be released.
- Craft Payroll: Processes daily craft payroll for assigned branch. Verifies hours to assure regular, overtime, vacation, sick and other pay are correct in total prior to corporate processing payroll checks.
- Company Credit Card Tracking: Tracks all purchases made on the company credit card; uploads all invoice backup in the expense system.
- Job Related Experience: 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Education: Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
