What Success in our Account Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Responsible for receiving sales calls and preparing purchase orders. Handles procurement and deliveries as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Order Processing: Processes client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Monitors gross margins of parts sales. Documents orders appropriately.
- Quoting: Prepares and delivers price quotations to clients. Provides client follow-up and client service support.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitors inventory levels of parts or components to ensure availability and optimize stock levels.
