The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Chart Specialist in Admissions at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
Salary: $34,455.20
Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Grade D
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clerical support to the medical staff and nursing staff
- Responsible for management of the retrieval and processing of patients clinical, legal, medical, and laboratory documents received from other locations
- Enter data into the computer data management systems
- Collect patient demographic information and assembling patient charts
- Oversee and manage the Medical Clearance Processes through various referral agencies.
