What are the responsibilities and job description for the REGISTERED NURSE- ACUTE CARE CLINIC position at STATE OF FRANKLIN HEALTHCARE GROUP?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with providers; assessing, planning, and implementing care.
- Escort patient to and from room.
- Record patient data.
- Administer subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and IV therapy.
- Obtain blood specimens.
- Clean and sterilize exam and procedure rooms/equipment.
- Request/Evaluate lab tests.
- Schedule patient tests, procedures, hospital admission, and appointment follow-ups.
- Assist with educating patients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Follow all departmental, organizational, and government policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting desired but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid license to practice in the state of employment and current CPR certification required. IV Certification is required.
