This position plays a critical role in supporting the Florida Lottery’s Strategic Partnerships program, with a strong focus on initial set up of contract documents, processing contract documents for efficiency, data tracking, organizational skills and public engagement to further the Lottery’s mission of enhancing education in Florida. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the flexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reviews, evaluates, scores, and tracks partnership proposals; prepares proposal acknowledgment and decision notifications.
- Communicates with external partners and the public frequently.
- Maintains accurate records and copies of finalized contracts and supporting documentation to the Lottery’s Contract Repository.
- Drafts, routes, and tracks contracts and amendments; completes contract summary forms and contract review checklists.
- Facilitates the contract lifecycle, including execution, monitoring deliverables, verifying payments, reviewing proofs of performance, completing close-out documentation, and conducting file audits.
- Maintains and updates contract-related tracking tools and spreadsheets, including budget tracking and performance metrics.
- Coordinates with internal departments (such as Legal, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure compliance and timely processing.
- Assists with updates to partnership forms, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contract templates.
- Provides contract-related support for Lottery-funded events and merchandise fulfillment tied to contractual obligations.
- Maintains the Bright Futures Testimonial Database and oversees outreach tracking.
- Serves as administrator of the Partnerships and Bright Futures Outlook inboxes.
- Assists with merchandise and warehouse operations including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and shipping as applicable/needed.
- Performs general administrative tasks, including phone and email communication.
- Represents the Lottery at public events, including speaking engagements related to Bright Futures.
- Works closely with leadership, including the Chief of Staff and Office of the Secretary, on high-profile engagements.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Attendance is an essential function of this position.

- Holds and maintains a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

- Ability to coordinate and monitor tasks and special projects as assigned to ensure completion in a thorough and timely manner.
