- Approve program and funding eligibility determinations in the state Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS).
- Read, understand, apply the policies and procedures established for eligibility determinations using critical thinking.
- Clearly communicate interpretation of policies and procedures for inaccurate eligibility determination submissions.
- Enhance and maintain professional knowledge and expertise by participating in training seminars, workshops and conferences.
- Establish and maintain cooperative, professional working relationships with other agencies involved with federal and state eligibility associated with child welfare.
- Participates in title IV-E foster care reviews conducted by the Children’s Bureau, as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- At minimum, 1 year experience in a child welfare/eligibility system
