POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- SCHEDULE: first shift, full time (35 hours per week) Monday through Friday.
- LOCATION: Windham Technical High School (Windham, CT)
- SALARY: VS002 starting salary, derived from the State Vocational Federation of Teachers.
- ACADEMIC CALENDAR: CTECS follows a ten-month academic calendar (188 days per year.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience streamlining instructional accommodations and modifications, and progress monitor EL students through ELLevation.
- Experience communicating ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Experience creating individualized educational plans based on each student’s language needs (oral, literacy, comprehension).
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively with others in planning instruction and assessment.
- Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate varied methods of lesson delivery, assessing student knowledge, and the use of educational technology. This may include involvement in student/community activities.
