Position Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, cold calling, networking and upselling
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Support outbound outreach efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Conduct client calls and meetings
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline progress
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
