- Monitor and analyze system performance, network traffic, and application uptime using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
- Provide day-to-day support for servers, systems, backups, cloud services, and enterprise applications
- Maintain IT operations documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident reports, and runbooks
- Participate in IT incident, change, and problem management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and service delivery
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future outages
- Assist in patch management, system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery testing
- Track and report key performance metrics and service levels for IT systems and services
- Support compliance, audit, and security initiatives by maintaining operational controls and logs
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or infrastructure monitoring
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog, or similar)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud, virtualization, storage)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
