Hybrid Work arrangement: A "Hybrid" position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will spend some time working both in office and from their home.

Incumbency: All employees in support and professional roles selected for a Claims position will have a time in role commitment (6 months for promotions, 12 months for lateral) beginning on the effective date of transfer which must be met by the end of the posting period for any other State Farm positions. The incumbency period does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and the employee and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.

Responsibilities
- Evaluates, designs, executes, measures and monitors claims business processes
- Partners with claims teams to deliver process improvements and ensure that business process outcomes align to strategic objectives
- Partners with Enterprise Technology and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize technology solutions
- Participates in the development, maintenance, and consistent application of standard processes across area of responsibility in either Auto or Fire Claims
- Utilizes appropriate methods and tools to perform data collection and analysis
- Leads high impact and/or complex projects
- Communicates results of research and analysis for complex business needs
- Recommends viable solutions and alternatives
- Uses independent discretion and judgment to modify methodology when necessary
- Gathers, classifies, and analyzes data relevant to operational metrics and processes
- Serves as team member on process improvement/redesign projects
- Evaluates process adherence and consistency

- Position may require travel via commercial transportation and driving motor vehicles to any location where the Company does business
- May work extended hours and weekends

- Potential starting salary range: $66,071.85 - $123,000.00
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
