- Familiarity with platform monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS), and Dynatrace.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
- Go, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and other language installations
- Spring Boot, SOAP and Restful API, CI/CD pipelines
- Exhibit a DevOps and Agile mindset where team is accountable for product from inception to sunset
- Utilize up-to-date coding, testing, security, DevOps, and software engineering best practices to maintain and create new applications that support business requirements
- Responsible for the analysis, design, deployment, support, and security of technology to ensure the organization is efficiently managing its technology and data-related assets in accordance
- Willingness to design, develop, and optimize OpenText Exstream templates for high-volume, personalized customer communications using CN Design Manager and Communication Designer.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, diversity of thought, and new ideas.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships locally and across multiple locations.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Provide engineering guidance to the community and teams to enhance daily workflows.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) practices to improve usability and customer-product interaction.
- Apply complex principles, theories, and concepts in computer science for software engineering solutions.
- Strong aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
- Technical curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and following industry best practices and trends.
- Understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts, including document composition and multi-channel delivery.
- Experience with batch, on-demand, and interactive communication processing workflows.

- Potential starting salary range: $107,000.00 - $142,000.00
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
