Duties

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for custom solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams such as design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of customization projects
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates regularly to stakeholders
• Conduct quality checks throughout the customization process to maintain high standards of excellence
• Troubleshoot technical issues or challenges that arise during production or implementation phases
• Document all processes, modifications, and client communications thoroughly for transparency and future reference
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience in a customization or bespoke service environment, preferably within manufacturing, design, or technical fields
• Strong technical skills related to product modification, design software, or engineering principles (specific tools or platforms can be specified based on company needs)

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
