Role Description
The Customer Service Representative role at Superior Service is a full-time, on-site position located in Lake St. Loui, MO. The successful candidate will manage incoming customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, processing transactions, and proactively ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work on-site in Lake St. Louis, MO and manage time effectively in a full-time capacity
- Previous experience in a customer service-related role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related fields is advantageous
