For over 22 years we have provided insurance services and policies to individuals and businesses in the community. Our agency is committed to being actively involved in the local community, engaging with our customers and understanding their specific needs and concerns.
Our office takes pride in having a strong team of knowledgeable and experienced insurance professionals who are dedicated to helping customers navigate the complexities of insurance coverage. Our team works closely with clients to assess their risks, provide personalized insurance solutions, and ensure they have the appropriate coverage.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to obtain an insurance license
