Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, both in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and proactively follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
