Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
- Meet Daily Sales Goals
- Salary pay plus commission/bonus (90 Day probationary period - hourly pay that is converted to salary upon completion of 90-day probationary period)
